DOCTOR BRAnDEN

My passion as a chiropractor comes from a life-long obsession with helping others live a healthy and fulfilling life. From a young age I have always wanted to be a chiropractor, I grew up in a chiropractic family and I experienced first-hand what it was like growing up, very well adjusted! More importantly than that was how happy my Dad was each day serving the people walking through his door and the joy each person had coming and leaving his office. I knew that is a life I wanted to promote and live out. The simple act of loving on and caring for people was something I knew would bring me endless satisfaction.

Having left the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Pre- Chiropractic. I moved, with my wife Kristen, to Davenport, Iowa in 2010 to pursue a Doctorate from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic, the birthplace of chiropractic. It was there that I developed a true passion for the adjustment and strived to become the best possible adjuster I could be. In 2014, I graduated Cum Laude as a Doctor of Chiropractic.

Since getting my Doctor of Chiropractic degree, I have continued my education, becoming advanced certified in Torque Release Technique, have Post Graduate training and certification in Whiplash Injury Biomechanics and Traumatology and am currently working towards becoming a Certified Pediatric Chiropractor. My experiences thus far over the last seven years of practice has sparked a passion for pediatric and family wellness which has led to opening my practice in Norwalk, Iowa.

Our practice is very dedicated to caring for providing amazing results for all sorts of general pediatric and family conditions – colic/reflux, difficulty nursing, ear infections, chronic immune challenges, constipation, bed-wetting, attention deficit and so much more.

Outside the office my free time is spent with my wonderful wife and our four kiddos! #ScooterGang

TANNER RIESBERG

Tanner grew up in Carroll, IA and recently graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Kinesiology. He plans to continue his education and pursue a career as a chiropractor where he will be able to serve others. You can find Tanner around the Des Moines area spending time with friends and family. Outside of the office he enjoys playing disc golf, playing video games, and cooking for others. The thing he loves most about working at True Roots is the amazing people that he has grown to know!

tIFFANY GOLDEN

Tiffani grew up as a Florida girl from Naples, spreading her wings she found herself in Cincinnati OH for 6 years and just relocated to Norwalk in October 2022 with her husband French. Her mom is a patient of True Roots which is what brought Tiffani into the office as well. She has a passion for helping others and loves being a part of something bigger, changing people's lives! Outside of the office Tiffani enjoys being active either at the gym or doing an activity outdoors, spending time with her husband and family, and getting to know her new home here in Iowa!

Kayleen CohrS

Kayleen has lived in the Des Moines area her whole life. In 2019 She moved to Norwalk with her husband Cody to enjoy a smaller community. In 2022 they welcomed their first child Wyatt, who became a patient of Dr. Branden’s. She loved the caring environment and atmosphere of True Roots Chiropractic. So much so she decided to come work here. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, boating and going to the pool during the summer, and going to local wineries.

KATIE HIGHSMITH

Katie was born and raised on the southside of Des Moines. Now she, her amazing husband AJ, and their spoiled, adorable, chunky tiger cat Izzy now live in NE Ankeny. Katie studied vocal music education, politics and history at Drake University. She is now in ministry school, pursuing the callings of hospice chaplaincy and worship pastoring. And as a long-time chronic pain and illness patient herself, she loves now being able to help patients from the other side of the desk. Katie's life and health changed dramatically for the better when she became a patient of Dr. Branden’s in 2021, and now couldn't imagine living without Dr. B's adjustments! She's thrilled to be part of a team making such a difference in other's lives. 

When not at the clinic, studying or leading worship, Katie loves spending time with friends, family and church community, traveling and going on dates with her handsome husband, singing in 2 choirs, reading voraciously, advocating for proper endometriosis and EDS medical care, making (and drinking) good coffee, and planning her next trip back to visit her family in Italy (someday)!
